Why We Exist
“I founded KMC Social Impact Strategies on the belief that every mission-driven organization—regardless of size or revenue—should have access to high-quality strategic counsel. Too often, these organizations lack access to advisory services because of high costs, hampering their ability to drive growth and scale meaningful change.”
Kristen Caloca, Founder + CEO
KMC Social Impact Strategies is a woman-owned strategic advisory consultancy providing a suite of services for purpose-driven organizations that are challenging and changing outdated systems for greater equity and justice. While our work spans California, we have a specialty focus on Southern California with an affinity for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
KMC works with nonprofits, foundations, government agencies and socially responsible companies to strengthen their approach to advancing mission impact through a strategic communications lens. We prioritize clarity and simplicity, believing your strategy goes further when articulated clearly.
We offer flexible solutions that make it easier to access experienced strategic support—whether you're navigating challenges or seizing new opportunities—because your mission is our passion.
